Omani Bachelor Program
Sfere is the official MOHERI operator for Omani students in France. We facilitate their integration into the French university system. We understand the challenges of adapting to a new culture and language, and our commitment is to make their time in France a happy and successful experience.
Preparing for departure
Sfere helps selected students to prepare for their departure, simplifying the administrative procedures and visa process, and ensuring that they have all the documents they need for their arrival in France.
Welcome and settling in France
Sfere prepares and simplifies the settling-in process for students in France: welcome at the airport, transfer to the city of study, assistance and advice with administrative formalities, settling in the city of study, booking accommodation, taking out insurance (health, housing, etc.), opening a bank account…
Language and academic preparation
Sfere pilots and supervises an intensive French language program, enriched by specific academic preparation combining intercultural activities and scientific upgrading. The program, tailor-made and dedicated to Omani students, takes place at selected Instituts Universitaires de Technologie. Lasting 18 months, it prepares students effectively while facilitating their adaptation to the French education system and culture.
Orientation and academic registration
Scholarship holders choose their field of study when they are selected by MOHERI. Sfere assists them in discovering and understanding the different study paths available in their respective fields, guides them in their orientation and choice, and accompanies them through to admission.
The MOHERI – SFERE program provides access to the network of universities under the French Ministry of Higher Education, located throughout France. After 3 years of study, students obtain a Licence or a Bachelor Universitaire de Technologie (BUT), depending on their field of study.
Personalized follow-up and support
Beyond simple administrative and linguistic support, our program includes close, ongoing academic support to ensure student success.
Sfere Advisors accompany students throughout their studies, providing advice, support and assistance in solving problems of all kinds. Pedagogical support can include personalized tutoring sessions, provided by teachers or student mentors. Each IUT/University has a designated tutor to ensure regular follow-up and a smooth progression of studies. This individualized support is a key factor in their success.
Regular monitoring reports are sent to MOHERI to keep it informed of the program’s progress and alert it to any difficulties.
